Although the original church was commissioned in 393, the affluent Medici family of Florence funded a Renaissance restructuring of the church. Tiffany & Co. took cues from the amazing structure in creating

, including its square façade, elegant scrolls, and tasteful application of spartan decor. Like the church, the tip of each piece is relatively square. Elegant scrolls and beaded edges define this amazing flatware set.
